Pricing

Milestone Service - We price by the job, not the hour. Our Up Front Pricing gives you the final price before we ever start any work. If it takes us longer then expected your not charged, our technicians are trained to make the repairs efficiently which saves you time and money.

Our Competition – They price by the hour, the longer it takes the more they get paid? At the end of the service call they tell you how much material and labor it was, and you have no choice but to pay it. That’s not fair.

Scheduling a Service to Your Home

Milestone Electric - When you schedule a visit we will give you a very small time frame - 2 hrs, and we always call at least a 1/2 hour before our technician is set to arrive. If we have any problems and don’t show up on time, we'll give you $25.00!

The Competition – If you're lucky they will give you about a 4 hour window. And they'll rarely ever give you a call beforehand to let yo uknow they're on the way. And what about showing up on time? Your guess is as good as ours.

Electricians

At Milestone - About 1 out of every one hundred technicians who apply with McKinney Electrician are hired for the job. That’s just 1% of applicants. We want to ensure that whoever is coming to your home knows exactly what needs to be done, and that you feel comfortable with them in your home.

At Our Competition – Unlike us, they typically don’t even background check or drug test their technicians, but if they do, there is not a company out there which continually trains their employees on safety issues and administers random drug tests more than us. They hire the technicians we don’t, enough said.

Travel Charge

Milestone Electric - We always Tell You Before we Arrive About Any Travel Charge we might have...There are Never any Suprises when we arrive. Our price doesn't change, no matter what...same day service or not. It doesn't matter who you are or how big or small your house is, we will always charge the same amount...by the BOOK.

Our Competition – They'll charge customers more the 1st hour on the job, and then more for materials, and/or not tell them about the additional charges at all and hope they don’t notice. There are some companies in McKinney that charge more based on what part of town you're in, or even charge more if they think you make alot of money. That’s not right to us!

Warranties on Electric Work

Milestone - We offer all of our customers a one year warranty on parts and labor, and up to 5 years on a lot of our services...so make sure to ask! Our goal is to fix your problem on the first try. But if for some reason something fails, one of our friendly technicians will come out day or night to fix it...at no extra fee. We will also provide all warranty information on your invoice.

Our Competition – Usually the longest warranty is for around 1 year on parts and labor...but it is a whole other thing getting the contractor to honor it. Because they know they aren’t getting anymore of your money they'll probably be much less likely to want to get out there at all.

Guarantees on Work

Milestone Service - We're so confident that we'll do your job right, we are willing to gaurantee that if you aren’t 100% completely satisfied, you don’t have to pay us...anything. That is how we guarantee our work, and we state that on every invoice.

Milestone Electric - We offer each customer same day service...Why? we understand that your problems need to be fixed now!

Our Competition – Depending on what time of the year it is, you may be lucky to get a technicians in the next couple of days.
